The SHOEI Glamster is the latest addition to the SHOEI Neoclassic Series. a full-face helmet with true vintage style while still offering the comfort and safety of a modern helmet.

An extremely compact shell that contains all the functions of an authentic Shoei helmet. Under the hood of the helmet. there are all the modern safety features that the Shoei brand is renowned for.

The Glamster features Shoei's acclaimed Advance Integrated Matrix Plus (AIM) shell design: a composite of five layers of fiberglass and organic fibers that create a very strong yet slightly flexible helmet. The liner is made of multi-density shock-absorbing polystyrene to withstand impacts of all sizes. Shoei has also equipped this helmet with an emergency quick release system: in the event of an accident. paramedics can pull the red pull tab on the bottom of the helmet to release the cheek pads. thus avoiding possible neck injuries when removing the helmet. 

The aforementioned EPS liner has channels that allow airflow through the helmet when the forehead vent is opened. There are also mesh vents on the chin guard. Brushed metal side panels hold the visor in place. and rubber seals prevent water or wind from getting in. The visor can be equipped with the included latch-lock insert to prevent fogging.

The Glamster is Shoei's first real attempt at blending modern functionality with classic styling. and they've done it very successfully. It's stylish. comfortable. lightweight. and an absolute pleasure to wear. We were so impressed with this helmet that we might even want to forgive them for giving it such an unpleasant name!
